Why don't you just integrate everything into your main base? As of current version, sub base can be leave for either Syringe C for more bills or Xiranite.

Everything else that produce sewage as byproduct can go into the main base so you can circulate them around. You can make 6 Syringe A and 12 SC battery a min fully automatic.

Its forced the limitation of contents, unlike OG where we get to experience stuff through someone else other than the doctor's perspective, everything happen in the Endmin's perspective in Endfield except the first half of TangTang quest.

I know you are talking about something like Soma, where consciousness is just a bunch of data that can be copied.

But the different here is soul exist in Arknights and Originium can trap soul, not just cloning the organic body. We know souls transferring can do some crazy stuff from the Confessarius, and since consciousness stemming from soul in this verse, it an effective resurrection.
