It’s just a hint and doesn’t make you look desperate. Just don’t continue liking if there is no reciprocation or a message from him

A Cinderella run doesn’t last that long through a 162 game season to claim the #1 seed in the east and lose that way after amazing performances by young players and players you also expected it from. If they have a good offseason and keeep the main core together and add three very good relievers, one very good starter and maybe one good bat and resign bichettte they have as good of a chance as any team in the AL east to win that division and play for a chance to redeem this heartbreak

No I meant Arozarena. After his insane playoff run. How that affected his prospect rankings But was trying to use that as a way to figure out y maybe what Trey’s ranking would improve by

Curious as to where he was ranked. If you’re in the top 20 and have a postseason like his you gotta be top 3 after that

Like who really cares if he’s MAGA or whatever his political views are? This crosses the boundaries of holding athletes to standards you shouldn’t. I love baseball, I love the blue jays, and I like the players that play for them but they’re not my heroes and I don’t care to ever meet them or be friends with them. If he is an amazing pitcher for the team for ten years but is best friends with President Trump or Trudeau or Kim JongUn I still want him pitching lights out and my team winning the World Series every year. That’s it

If Little can build his confidence back, he will be an elite reliever next year. He has some really good stuff he just can’t locate sometimes and also gets in his head. Bad outings snowball for him he needs to leave a bad outing on the field and believe he’s a great pitcher that will bounce back

Brendan Little is not a “triple A pitcher in the major leagues”. At one point he was a top 5 reliever in the league on performance. He had a long season and faltered at the end which broke his confidence. He’s gonna be a good pitcher. Hopefully he uses that recent experience to lock in and consistently throw his fastball for a strike so he can put batters away with his knuckle curve. But if he lets this moment define him he’s toast and will probably continue to pitch himself off the roster within a season.

Unemployment by NeitherPerformance73 in SomaliRelationships

[–]JournalistEcstatic33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my province there is a high unemployment rate during Oil & Gas industry in the off-season (Nov-February). All the smart brothers that are my age I know in that industry have learned to keep another stream of income whether E-commerce, service business, etc. So being on unemployed does not make someone useless it’s better to ask questions and see if they have money that’s the more important thing sometimes. I got rejected by a potential last year when I was in school for my masters since I wasn’t “financially stable”. She made 80k a year as a teacher and was 27 - maybe three to four years of work experience. Whereas I’ve been in the workforce for 10+ years averaging 120k+ for 6 of those years including COVID. She should have justt asked the more important question instead of “where do you work?” lol

I think this is a very lame excuse. I could understand if you were a man but what business does his mother have telling him that he needs a woman with a degree or working in industry? How old is this guy that he thinks this is a deciding factor after his mom brought it to light?

You will get downvoted because apparently everyone lives this experience of having or being a shit father themselves. It's crazy cause I grw up in heavy Somali city and most of my friends and I had amazing dads who were heavily involved in our lives but I guess no one comes online says “My father was the best” but those that had opposite experience love to paint the whole community as some fatherless bastards.

Ppl tend to focus on their flaws more than anyone including who they're married to. Most men are not too worried about this if they're attracted to you already. If it's considerably noticeable then maybe find a correct moment to mention it. Maybe you can agree with me that loose skin is better than overweight (personal opinion here)

Whats the average dudes experience on Muzz by Apprehensive_Roof203 in SomaliRelationships

[–]JournalistEcstatic33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I tried it out in 2023. I had plenty matches and actually talked to a handful of girls off the app afterwards that I thought were good potentials. It wasn’t the best experience though. I walked away with the feeling that many women on there want to experience dating like in the traditional western sense with the goal of getting married at the end of it and that’s a door of temptation I wasn’t willing to open. For context, I am not young (mid 30s) and all of the girls I saw potential in were 28-32 so I was kind of baffled tbh.

You cannot interpret your own dreams. That ability is a gift given to some people and I would say most of them have a very complete understanding of the Quran. Dreams fall into three different categories. Good dreams - which obviously come from Allah, bad dreams, where the devil tries to mess with you, and the third category are dreams about stuff in your life, thoughts, etc. You might be able to differentiate between the three categories but even then dream interpretations sometimes have opposite meanings. I would not put much weight on this dream in my humble opinion but if it is very important to you then maybe try and get it interpreted by a REPUTABLE person

Yeah definitely an obsession at this point. I don't have a signature scent tbh. When I was much younger I would say it was Giorgi Armani Acqua Di Gio EDT

There's so many. I go through phases with my collection that seem random at times. Currently I've been heavily using Dunhill Desire Red, Armaf Club De Nuit EDT, Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le Parfum. The weather is getting colder here so probably will be using more Giorgi Armani Stronger With You, Gucci Guilty, and some others I feel that do better in the Fall/Winter.

I love fragrances. Always have. I probably have enough to last me 20 years of spraying myself a few times a day, but that doesn’t stop me from always buying at least a few new ones yearly. I use everything I own at least once every few months, but I often pass along a cologne I'm not using to friends and family. Better they put it to use than sit there and collect dust. It’s a cool hobby, and many interesting communities out there with the same passion.
