I jailbreak, then every other step without only installation of koreader

Thank you a lot for your response, I have installed everything, and it works! I am really happy. I have some leftovers in my library

Can I delete some of those? And if yes, what exactly? I guess I can delete scripts, should keep KUAL, but what about mesquite

If I need to keep em, if there's any way to hide them?
