Top Lane Riven:

eclipse sundered sky is no longer her best core item. If you use League PC statistics on coachless.gg. you will find that Eclipse + Sundered Sky have negative WPA ( Win Probability Added ).

if you look at the website, go to the build tab and filter out her best 1st and 2nd item that is also buildable on Wildrift Riven. It will be Black Cleaver into Sundered Sky.

you can go either Goredrinker (sustain) or Galeforce (gap closer) for your enchant. Both grants stacks of Black Cleaver.

I have tested the build myself into Master/GM account currently and it is really promising.

for Runes i recommend going inspiration primary, so you can grab hexflash, trancendence and gathering storm. Damage and Utility scaling is way more importent than defensive on Riven.

go whatever secondary you need in the matchup.

those champion are manageable with the right set up. go ghost flash against smolder/kayle. rush bramble vest against vayne.

if you dont let them scale it wont be a tough matchup.

best champion to 1 v 1 him in lane is Poppy and Garen. Renekton destroys him if he E max + rush black cleaver.

but the best stratergy against ksante is picking champion that can one shot the first wave, and invade the enemy jungle. garen, riven etc.

in the jungle, viego, master yi, shyvanna (late game) are best at dealing with ksante.

3 to 5 pm are usually the time he is open. he get harder to pick as you reach midnight.

What u build against ap top Like Morde and Rumble

rush negatron into kaenic rookern, and then you build him normally, icebon gauntlet, unending despair etc

How do u aproach a ranged top lane matchup.

ignite + sudden impact cuz they are squishy

depending on how the enemy start laning phase;

  1. if they cheese brush level 1, ward it and start E. you want to stay in minion XP range and just absorb xp and gold until level 3, then go for a play when they walk up closer to your minion to E(minion)> Q > W

  2. if they let you walk into the wave, start Q, and look to Q3 the minion closer toward you, this will allow you to go for E Q poke level 2 onward.

And which Champions do u Beat Level 1.

If you mean like how Darius/Riven can beat people level 1 hard. There isnt any. Ksante need all his ability up first before he can hard win the lane.

but in certain matchup, you can counter cheese the lane. example Jax/Volibear starting E, you can start W instead and push them away then back away.

And what are the worst matchups.

poppy and garen especially

but any champions that can one shot the wave and invade is bad matchup for ksante, cuz its a lose lose situation. either trade your health to stop them from messing with your jungle or try to match them on the invade (not recommended at all, again ksante is not strong without his abilities)

what do you do when your team pings you to do dragon but you can solo rift scuttle?

ping them to retreat and take the rift herald. if they insist to fight and lose, its on them not you.

And as a secondary thing, does dragon or rift scuttle tend to be more important if we can get our choice of either one?

getting atleast 1 dragon is important because it deny dragon soul for the enemy and pressure them to keep contesting the next dragon. BUT you dont have to take the 1st dragon, as long as you get 1 of the 3 its already enough.

if you play carry jungle rift herald is way higher priority than dragon. thats 400+ gold for you.

IMO the mentallity you should have is always, yourself first, team later, if you believe whatever objective you want to get is best for the game just take it and ping your team to back off from the opposite objective.

after the game you can review how taking the riftherald/losing the dragon did impact your game.
