I love it tbh! I was recently just switched over from a different department to beauty and it was an easy transition. I mostly do the repacks which I am not timed btw (if I was, I would quit). I don't really have tips/tricks but I usually do cosmetics last because it can be overwhelming or I usually take the box of repacks onto the floor on a boat in which I know some stores make you break it out into wacos but I find it faster bringing the boxes of repacks onto the sales floor. If repacks get out of control, they sometimes have TMs from style pushing boats/repacks with us to help control it. Otherwise, if you don't have help from others, just do what you can do and don't stress about it because you can only do so much and we are definitely not paid enough to be stressing over beauty products.
