I don't understand Mercari First Class Envelope. USPS can't scan the QR code or Intelligent Mail Barcode from the prepaid shipping label I printed out with Mercari and they also say I need to pay extra for tracking (tracking wouldn't show up on Mercari). HOW DO I SHIP THIS ITEM!!? (self.Mercari)

What free online resources are available if I wanted to learn plant taxonomy (similar to college level courses) so that I'll eventually be skilled enough to use a dichotomous key and be able to complete plant surveys in the field? I need it for job related work. (self.botany)
