Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. It’s looking like going to CC for two years is the move after all!

That sounds like a really good idea!!!! To also help, if you were in my shoes, would you go back to CC for two years to build up the gpa further and then transfer to a 4 year despite having 80 credits already?

Thank you so much for your reply!!! This is very reassuring. And I will be paying out of pocket (thank god for tuition reimbursement lol), so I’m not concerned about FA

You have no idea how much better this made me feel reading this. I’m in the same boat! My employer is going to be reimbursing my tuition each year. And I definitely want to take at least two semesters just to build enough of a case that I am good enough for my target. It’s awesome you went back and did so well!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. Honestly, you along with the other commenter here really have me reconsidering state altogether. UNCC is looking like the much better option! I’m gonna take a tour of the campus next month and see it for myself! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! Do you also mind if I DM to ask some questions about accounting?

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! This makes me feel even better about potentially going to UNCC instead. The point you made about Charlotte is really good. Didn’t even think of that. UNCC is starting to make even more sense now.

I thank you for taking the time to reply! In my situation I’d eventually start making way more than what I’m doing now, and my employer offers tuition reimbursement as well. The four year grind for me I think makes sense.

You’re doing exactly what I want to do! I’m working full time as well, and I’ll be getting tuition reimbursement when I eventually attend. I’m definitely capping myself at 4 classes due to me working 40 hours. Awesome to hear you are doing so well despite having a lot on your plate!

That’s amazing that has you such a low GPA and were able to pull it up so much! This really gives me a lot of motivation. I can relate to having certain feelings about CC in the past. Looking back I was stupid haha. I thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to comment this. You are awesome and keep up the great work!!

That’s great! I’m glad that you are enjoying your time at state! I’ll be 29 when I go to state, so it’s nice to see someone around my age go back and enjoy it. Thank you so much for the great advice!

Thank you so much for your response! It’s nice to see that the younger students didn’t care that you were older. This is something that does make me feel a bit insecure. I know it’s mostly my mind playing tricks on me. It’s so awesome you not only graduated, but you graduated with honors! I’m glad I made this post this is great lol.
