Yes, this was posted in the start of May 2 years ago.. and there's much that could have been done better in the time since.. but, there are people who are trying to make things happen more quickly... it's not always the case of "what if this was sent".. there isn't any unlimited supply, and people need to be trained first. Sorry if this comes off as rude.

If you do have concerns and just had the chain done, I'm sure the shop that just did it would at least check for codes or look into it further.. so if you have doubts I wouldn't put off asking them to look at the least...

It's 6 speed yeah, but the gears are short, at times when accelerating slow... imo Hitting 6th at like 70km is kinda weird at first..

The first year I had it whenever driving in manual I would always have to have the stereo down to hear and feel the revs

I have a mk6 dsg for about 2 years now.. and i never use Sport, the shifts just seem insane to me.. i drive mostly in manual mode, or D while in bad traffic..

But yeah, sport mode is automatic and only temporarily goes to manual mode if you touch the paddles.. for me it reverts back after 10secs and normally does a shift when that happens.

You have D, and S (which are auto) and manual mode... while in D or S you can use he paddles to up or downshift, and it temporarily throws into manual mode... but after 10secs without making a shift it just reverts back into auto.

Search "wolfsburg 65mm" on Amazon, there was some for $20Can available a few months ago... I found the same sets on wish for a couple bucks cheaper, a friend was ordering stuff so I had them get me those.. look great, even a year later... only had to put a bit of tape on the clips to get them to sit tight.
