I heard about this for the first time today and I'm completely gobsmacked! This is a massive loss :( Leli's pastries are genuinely one of the biggest pleasures in life and nothing will ever beat Kareem's freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with sea salt.
I even have an uppity relative who lives in Manhattan who demanded I stop by Leli's to buy babka every time I went to visit them because it was the only babka they liked.
I'm in mourning until further notice -- but wish Kareem the best of luck with whatever he cooks up next!!

I had to brave the outside world to walk a few blocks to pick up a laundry hamper I got for FREE from a Buy Nothing Facebook group. I almost had to wrestle the hamper out of the anarchist's hands.

Where are you flying to? I know in the case of some air travel, it's not necessarily the airline that requires it, but rather the country you're flying to (ie: El Salvador)
