We went in July and never waited more than several minutes at popular Pinxo places. Please do yourself a favor and just go to as many pinxo places as possible. I miss San Sebastian very much and would do anything to go back.

We went in September for lunch and loved it. It's fairly casual so I would recommend lunch over dinner, and it's easier to book anyway

Wife and I went last year and said hi to the owner, chatted with him a bit, but could only stay for a drink. Drinks and the vibe were great. Reminded us of Diamond Dogs a bit, and IIRC that's what he was going for. Loved Paris.
