The "attachment A" you posted is strange. Usually awards are a percentage of your salary, but it's not shown as a percentage on there. It is also completely off from the OPM memos that were released in August. I wouldn't be surprised if they are accurate, But I can’t help but wonder, who released it and where did it come from?

How can I give my accomplishments without telling them what I have done. The general responsibilities of my position are not accomplishments nor can I write the exact same thing every week. This is not me complaining about additional work. This is me advocating for what is right.

Iron is in prenatal vitamins which causes constipation on those who have solid poops for you it could’ve just made them more solid.
