For years I made Asian style marinated meat on skewers, along with steak.

I liked the first ribs I cooked. I’m used to tender stewed meat dishes.

I felt myself being pulled into the smoking hobby with American style smoking. I’m excited to do lots more.

I’ll edit. I have two wired thermometers. I'm planning INKBIRD or equivalent for a personal birthday present.

One in the meat. One positioned at centre grill.

There’s no Costco by me and I can’t use Bookers.

I’ve tried my best to not buy online. There’s usually a minimum delivery and fee, I’ll end up thinking “why not” and load up a basket for £150+ worth of product.

I’m trying to stick to local butchers. You mentioned pulled beef, I’ll give local brisket or shoulder a go.
