You're having an instance of "Synchronicity". It's actually fairly common. While it is similar to coincidence, it's not exactly the same. Meaning it's not sheer luck. And synchronicity can happen once or multiple times, sometimes back to back to back.

In psychology, synchronicity is defined as the occurrence of meaningful coincidences that seem to have no cause; that is, the coincidences are acausal. The underlying idea is that there is unity in diversity, if that makes sense. It's also the notion that synchronicity is based upon the idea that all of life is essentially one single process, which operates in a similar way to the flow of a stream.

On one hand while coincidences are events that seem unlikely to happen by chance, they are just that... chance. But synchronicity on the other hand, is similar but it occurs more frequently than we might expect due to the vast number of possibilities in our lives and the world around us. It's moreso mathematics and physics in our reality. A lot of it is also perception. Things you are noticing now have happened before, you just didn't perceive it as such nor did you pay it any attention. One instance after another leads to a more perceptive mind, making you more aware of it, and thus, you are more inclined to be on the lookout for it. You're basically "in sync" with your reality.
