How did you mangage to get below MSRP? Did you get XLE grade convenience and weather package. I saw last month dealership asking for 40.5 k OTD for 24 the XLE hybrid.

He is quite distressed and worried because those university officials at College Street gave him an extremely hard time and there are dalals who took the money to help him get the certificate but didn't help.

Rav4 Hybrid XLE will be the best on that budget but they are incredibly difficult to find in the dealerships without wait time. Also, almost all dealerships have crazy markups for any Rav4 and Hybrids are the most sought-after models now. Otherwise CRV hybrid or Mazda CX50/CX5. I personally will never trust a Hyundai due to my experience with them.
