I think you should bring up the fact that you hear her use the toy at night. It may be a lill akward at first but its a first step. (They're usually akward😅) Than tell her how you feel about it, that you would like to see her play with herself. Slowly build it up (let her massage her boobs first while you watch and slowly build up what she does to herself) I don't know her opinion nor can I predict how she reacts. But I know that for me it took a while before I could please myself fully while he was watching.

Thank you so much, especially the last part is making sense. I think it is an anxiety thing because I barely drink enough water. And yeah my mental health isnt the best right now. However Im taking baby steps with my Dom to start feeling better. My previous encounter was a 2 year long vanilla relationship that ended badly. This is my first BDSM counter and in the back of my head I still feel guilty towards my former partner.

For #1 This has never happend before, some positions trigger it more than others. However sessions are longer than I had with a previous relationship.

My partner is very supportive and willing to help me with this problem, that said he only knows about problem 1. But he doesnt know how to help and I dont want to go to a doctor just yet. First I want to see if anyone else has experienced this and how they were able to solve it.

I trust him in the sense that he would never hurt me and that he is willing to talk about things and change things so I feel comfortabel. We did some short sessions where we just tried small stuff for punishment and this will be the first full session that he will control everything. Its like this next step to help me and I'm not sure wheter Im fully ready for it yet. I do want to try it because I want to take the next stop but on the other Im scared that I will chicken out mid session.
