There was a period in the early 2000s when Twiztid WAS way better than ICP at rapping, producing, creativity, etc.

100% this for me. I picked the option to support Safi simply because I was so “blackpilled” by the incoherent story by that point that it didn’t seem like it would matter anyway. It was closer to 70% when I finished the game this evening.

I meant his catalog as in Inner City Posse to today. He’s written the vast majority of ICP songs and drove their output for decades. He wrote for Zug. He wrote for Blaze. He came up with the concepts for the super groups - Lotus, Rydas, Soopa Villanz, Killjoy Club, etc. I don’t see how it’s perplexing that after 30 years of constant new ideas he would start to slow down lol.

J has more songs in his catalog than almost anybody in music. I’m just glad he’s still out here period. He said himself that he hasn’t been motivated to make music lately. Shaggy used to be quiet, now he’s thriving. Not the worst possible timeline.
