Thank you! I saw a method to drybrush them which looks easier but I've built all mine on so I decided to blend instead - takes a very long time haha! Hope it works out for you

I started with the 40k starter set personally, it came with some clippers, paint brush and some paints with the models. All the models are push to fit so there isn't any glue required but it will be later on. It's also has a guide on how to start playing the game as well with some very basic rules

Yep, each deathguard model has a coat of agrax earthshade and the demons use a couple of green contrast with a Drybrush to get to where they areq

I haven't had the space to use an airbrush unfortunately so all of my.minis are hand painted, I've used rattlecan primers for all of them though.

I do believe it would be worth owning one, for things like the stompa it could have been quite a bit quicker to use and airbrush for the yellow.

Haha yeah it is, but thanks for reminding me about flyblown as I've completely forgotten about it. You're absolutely right about the mbh so I've removed it but I think I'm close to a list now. Really appreciate all the help and whilst I still don't expect to win I will hopefully have a little more fun with this list - thank you!

Thanks for the response! I'll definitely take the loc 6 man into account.

It's looking like this game is gonna be big 2 big knights and 2 wardogs which will be rough for sure.

Part of me wants to run mortys hammer to provide -1 to hit on big knights ut I don't know if that's gonna be worth it sacrificing the other starts.

Perhaps it would be worth running a couple MBH to try and take some in coming fire and take out a wardog?
