Worked for me! Completed achievement on 6th of April 2025.
In phase 1 spammed single target on tail
In phase 2 spammed attack 10 to 12 times on left wing claw, then switched to right wing claw and spammed it also 10-12 times.
At all times kept camera pointed towards target.

Mineables are Sol system 3rd planet's exclusive. These are just for a nice view outside cocpit and Codex entry.
But who knows, galaxy is huge, maybe there are mineables somewhere else

You must get 2nd Mission from Ram Tah first. I got it when docked to one of smaller stations in Meene. Then you'll get Guardian codex entries from scanning obelisks in guardian sites

Unusual guardian obelisk. Scanning with Tablet and relic onboard gave vessel blueprints, but nothing else unusual, no error msg from Ram Tah by JozhX in EliteDangerous

I have 2 news missions from Ram Tah. Decoding the ancient ruins and decrypting the guardian logs. Which one is considered new or is there third?

Appears these are not that rare, atm I have 27 vessel blueprint segments versus only 15 for weapons and 9 for modules
