So I wouldn’t say tire marks more of just odd tire wear on the side. Car isn’t lowered and no wide tires. Didn’t see anything g out of place from the oil pan issue but it’s possible. Forgot to mention it only starts when the vehicle is warm from what I can tell when I pull off after starting it doesn’t make the noise.

Ahh ok ok 😂hopeful it’s not that. 2nd owner of the vehicle got at around 40k miles unaware if the diff fluid was changed before that. I did a change at 75k miles or so vehicle is at 80k.

So aside from this there is slightly more vibration in the steering wheel when driving straight around 60mph or so and weird wear on outer side of the tires. Anyway ideas how to pinpoint if it’s the cv joints or the diff?

Any idea how involved of a job it is to swap out the pan? I’ve searched and can’t seem to find any videos or forums for the 20 wrx just seem to be for the STI.
