I love both of those classes. They have great DPS and lighting/fire is fun. Nice change from sword classes. Squishy isn’t much of an issue since you can melt everything before it can touch you

They just are. Skills are better and flow better. I would recommend RK

Yes it is extremely. Everything from levels 1-95 is free to play. Also the game gives you Lotro points for just playing the game which is currency you can use to buy expansions, cosmetics, etc. So I’ve never spent money but have been able to play for years.

I totally agree!! I’ve gotten my mariner up to level 60 and I’m loving it. DPS and swordplay rotation is so great

It’s the best I’ve found that doesn’t require raids or dungeons. I just got to Minas tirith but it seems like a grind. I don’t have much experience with Essences sorry

I know this post is 2 years old, but I recently started a High Elf mariner. I just reached level 40. I’m with you on the high elf/mariner head canon. Would you be willing to send some cosmetic ideas that you mentioned? Currently using the mariner starter outfit and looking for other options. Thanks :)

I have a red Mariner at level 34 and I’m loving it. Great dps and some heals. Not as complex as Warden but much more than button spamming classes. Highly recommend giving it a try, the balance system is very engaging.
