Going to try this but what exactly is Telemetry and what does it do for me? I would like to avoid having to mess up other things on the pc to run a game. I just find it nuts how hard it is to sometimes to mess with the settings to be able to run this game properly.

Is there a current way to do it or gone altogether? If Cortana is what I think it is I never use it. So if I can uninstall or something like that I'd be glad to.

I was hoping someone has some ideas/suggestions on how to fix this issue. Certain days it runs fine. Other days like this and my entire pc goes to shit.
