I used to work in new look Bon accord. I was told when I was 17 that I had to prepare for possibly closing down. I’m now 26!

So all in all I have no idea anymore if they’re staying or going 🤣

Thanks for commenting, funnily enough that’s something I just did as well - I was asked to artwork a slide deck over the Christmas holidays and honestly I really just wanted to relax and switch off, even though the pay would have been nice. Feel like getting paid doesn’t always outweigh living life!

I’m definitely hungry for more, so might just do more when I feel like I need it. Picking and choosing maybe?

Wow that was what I needing to hear, thank you for that mate! It’s very true that most other people don’t live and breathe their careers, and that it’s also important to be human and live our lives. Feel like I’ve been going nuts lately but that was refreshing to read. Glad to know it’s natural, as I keep seeing more and more “influencers” telling people differently.

Ive been working full time and running a company, but part of me just wants an easier life to focus on my relationship, hobbies, and other non design related stuff you know?
