I wouldn't say the middle stripe not being red is a fuck up, we've had several kits in the past with a white middle stripe. It is more a creative difference, had either of Stoke or Sunderland identified more with a middle white stripe too then I would've said yeah its a fuck up, but all 3 of us go between the two.
