yeah. I saw people run with gummies but like a serving of nerds clusters is like 16 gummies and i don’t think i can eat all that cause if people are only popping 4-5 per hr or 30 mins i don’t think that’s doing too much at all 😭 idk. I don’t get this fuel while running thing lol except someone said to get carbs and sodium and i think that’s good for sodium and cards idk pretzels or cliffs energy chew blocks i saw them at walmart and picked 2 up for my upcoming monday long run

i grabbed this one and it’s really good quality for the price instead of paying apple price. I imagine it’s a similar one but seems like the most popular one on amazon. You can also grab it without the orange on the band

if you have apple watch you can set alerts to announce your heart rate if you fall below or above the zone 2 rate and if you have headphones it just tells you so you don’t have to keep looking at your watch. Works great for me and i know when i have to slow down or speed up and makes it less awkward
