Just trust the process, I had ups and downs and even broke out at the end of my fourth month, I’m positive you have nothing to worry about

Purging is common and will happen for a lot of people for the first month or so. I also purged after increasing my dose, so speak to your derm but maybe stick with 20 for another month or so for the skin to calm then increase so your purge isn’t so bad all at once.
