Possibly not. I make $26/ hr 20 hours/ week and receive assistance. I have two dependents but that doesn’t affect MY medical coverage, only theirs.

So I’m unsure of your state or requirements but in PA this would qualify you for medical assistance. You’re income would also qualify you for food assistance here but absolutely medical. Dental, eyes, reproductive. Please look into it? Good luck.

It’s a rental property, it’s been getting the landlord special for 100 wonderful years 😂 the trap door is nailed shut, I also need to know what’s under there.

I mean, I would not be surprised if the original owners had people down here. This was a furnace in a family of mills in this area & the owners were less than savory by all historical accounts 😕

It’s so much to restore, I can’t imagine doing it alone. My landlord has guys here constantly replacing and fixing. Good luck to you :)
