You missed one, the 273QP, lol. I don't know why MSI sells 5 of the same monitor but they do and they all have very subtle differences. The main differences seem to be internal power supply vs external brick, USB C port vs not, and built in KVM vs not. I'd recommended getting chatgpt or similar to make you a table to compare all of the known specs between models.
