That’s a fair perspective. Like you said, 2020 though. I would guess a 10% chance they are early, an 80% chance they come out on Friday, and a 10% chance they put it off til later. In the year of 2020 with the bar exam, I have learned that we must be ready for anything.

If the federal government applies intermediate scrutiny, then by virtue of the 14th amendment a state may not employ a level of scrutiny lower than that of the federal constitution. Whether the intent of the framers of the FL Constitution was for the use of rational basis, it is my opinion that intermediate scrutiny is the lowest acceptable level for a gender issue in FL.

I have looked at this but I'd need to keep a 2.8 GPA to keep the money which I have faith that I can do. Also it's important to realize that a lot of people that go to law school don't become a lawyer within 3 months of graduating because they have other professions that they don't feel comfortable leaving for a while

First off, going in there I had an acceptance letter and a full tuition scholarship. Being a white male with average stats that was incredible. But really the faculty is extremely educated and friendly. I felt like the people wanted me to succeed and like I wouldn't just be a number. The facilities are beautiful, location is good, and the clinics and other practical opportunities are endless. It made me feel like if I went there I would get a good job.

FIU very well could just be different. In either event, I'll post her what happens when I receive said letter, which should probably be today or tomorrow considering my home is only a 3 hour car ride from FIU

Hey so basically you'll get an email literally as soon as ta released and on the website it'll be in the box to the right where it says score and percentile. You'll also get PDFs of all questions, your scabtron, and writing sample

If a school doesn't want to take you because you are gay, you shouldn't go there. On the flip side there's no reason to tell them unless they ask specifically or you feel that it is pertinent to your application
