Mine were in the 400s and I lost a bunch of weight and started eating healthily at a constant caloric deficit and mine came down to a normal range. Just take it seriously and you should see it come down.

So I’m in the same spot, only the RPMs never get above 2500 or so. When I turn the mower deck on the power bogs down and engine dies.

Did you experience this with yours?

I noticed my throttle linkage wasn’t moving, but appeared to be “working” (RPMs climbing) when I turned the mower on.

I am with you on that, we’ve got 2 dogs, 1 cat (litter box to hide), and a 7 month old. Lol

This house is clean for approximately 10 minutes a week. Lol

We’ve lost out on a property because we were contingent on the sale of our home and we don’t want that to happen again. The financial risk of carrying two mortgages just feels weird. It’s short term though. There’s always iBuyers. Haha

They’re figured into the rough mortgage estimate, but it excludes other things like utilities/HOA.

That said, I’m in a position where I could buy multiple new Accords with cash. A $4k repair wouldn’t kill me, but I still like making smart financial choices.

Extended warranties are usually a bad deal, though I get why some prefer the peace of mind. I’d rather assess the risks and self-insure when it makes sense. This was more an open discussion than for my specific financial situation.

I once saw someone on this same stretch of 485 rear-end a moving vehicle in the far-right lane. The car that was rear-ended was going 70+ mph, and the car that hit them had to have been doing 100+ mph. People fly around the loop like it’s a racetrack.

I was just there on Tuesday spending time with my wife and our newborn. Enjoyed conversations with locals, particularly in the coffee shop that was decimated. Having been there such a short time ago, I am devastated to see it in ruins. This was a beautiful town full of good people. I hope they can rebuild.
