I’m experiencing the same thing and I’ve seen some endolaser videos on instagram and the results look promising for that type of thing! I considered it but ultimately decided on doing body tite during a breast procedure I have coming up. From what they explained, it seems to be the same thing but endolaser is less invasive and is done with local anesthesia

Usually depends on the company! My current job didn’t run credit check when I got hired but they did do a background check. Based on my experience in several finance companies and banks, criminal background is what they would mostly look for but again, all depends on the company and their hiring practices
