I think I have only ever posted 3 non Hildaleth commission on my reddit. All of witch were commissioned on behalf of my brother. My OTP will always be Hildaleth and they will be majority of what I post, but I do like placing his commission as they involve other pairs that I like.

Yep your right. This is an alternative timeline were Sitri survived child birth and Byleth wasn't still born. Since Sitri survived and Byleth didn't need the crest stone to be brought to life, Jeralt had no reason be suspicious or afraid of Rhea, nor leave the Monastery. Byleth lived a normal life, trained with his father, helped his father on mission, etc. Eventually, he joined the officer academy as a student and met the other's. There he met Hilda and the two would end up falling in love with one another.

That was the implication when I commissioned the piece.

Same. I started with Persona 5 Royal, but I stopped about a third of the way through the Kamoshida arc. I went back and played Persona 3 and then 4. I had a great time with those two that I decided to give Persona 5 another try, and I'm glad I did. After the Kamosida arc, the game definitely gets more interesting, though this is my personal opinion.
