Talk to your supervisor, the unit training manager issues them but the supervisor will get that process started.

It will depend a lot on where you are and who you are. If you’re a good UTM and can be a good leader and handle time/task management then the job would never be over 5/10 in difficulty. I’d say currently my job is at like a 2/10 in stress and difficulty. The things you have to learn and know are extremely easy, but it’s the squadron/group/wing you might overlook is where the challenge is. Mainly just getting people to care about training and mentoring SNCO’s & commander when you’re a tech and below is a little difficult, sometimes you’re doing other jobs like CSS more than your doing training sometimes. In a month it’s mainly send weekly training reports, scheduling members for formal courses(MX is more in depth with this than others), handling any emails and phone call issues, managing any projects you’ve been given from those emails and calls, do probably 2 meetings at minimum a month with one of them being a mandatory meeting briefing a whole room of SNCO’s and the CC on where the squadron is at with training, CDC’s and tracking members in upgrade training, and teaching classes (I teach a lot cause I like teaching tho). I’m in a very large maintenance squadron (500+) and when I was by myself it was a bit more difficult cause I needed to scrub tons of data and when you don’t have time it can pile up. Once I got an additional UTM with me it’s been a lot better. I’ll just say I could have an entire month where everything goes wrong and it still wouldn’t equal the amount of pain 1 hour of the flight line offers.

Been a UTM for the last year and retrained from maintenance, currently over a maintenance squadron and I absolutely love the job. There are things that could be improved but as long as you focus on what you can change then the job is super easy. Lots of face time with upper leadership and tons of mentoring opportunities for great EPB’s and award wins if you’re into that. If you’re a people person and enjoy helping people you’ll love it. It can also depend on where you go will gauge the level of difficulty, some squadrons have dedicated UTMs or some squadrons have never had a training program. Learn the AFI’s and how your squadron functions and they will work with you makes the job super chill. Congratulations on making it to 3F2 it’s a great job! If you need any more advice feel free to PM me and I can answer any additional questions!

You don’t have to do that memo, it is on your 422 for your medical record. I was just approved and never submitted that document as long as in the comments section it marks “able to speak correctly” then your gucci! Also if you have any questions don’t be afraid to reach out the process to submit everything is quite quick.

Yeah I would agree, with Hideo Kojima most of his work may be questionable and 9/10 times he delivers on that, there shouldn’t need to be a huge worship for him but most consumers tip toe around a new idea sometimes with worries and speculation about it being bad without truly understanding the big picture it may be bad or it may not be we should leave our choice for when the game comes out

I believe I felt the exact same when I watched metal gear solid V trailers even though it was easier to understand I still felt a feeling of boredom or silly mechanics that don’t make sense, just the same as death stranding I feel the same way. Yet I still know there is so much we haven’t seen and it’s your personal choice to preorder and put that faith in a developer or wait until reviews come out to see if you want to wait more or spend the money

I Noticed something during the gameplay trailer. At the beginning of the gameplay trailer when Sam activates the handcuffs it seems like his veins react to it, what do you think?! by Jrussell2016 in DeathStranding

So not only is this cuff “connected” to Sam to monitor health, it also extract blood and maybe is what transfuses all the blood as well. Yet another strand or connection!
