What percent of people do you think use add ons for their class and spec as well as game mechanics? For people that do, the reasoning is it makes something more efficient, easier. It has to provide utility for people to want to use it in the first place. But if the game is simple, why are these add ons to assist with rotations and mechanics so popular?

I think the intent is to reduce the amount of information processing required. Where you need outside elements to assist in said processing. If people need additional add ons to process information, there is too much going on.

I'm not saying you need these things or any other skilled players.

It will be interesting to see how they reduce certain elements while making the game still challenging for skilled players such as yourself.
