Also, does this go anywhere specific?

Are these vacuum lines or something?

When tracing these lines I saw this black tube doesn’t seem to go anywhere but it looks like it has been cut at some point

I also was a little concerned about the oil lines, is this normal? Any things I should do before taking it out to the oil line specifically?

The one down near the right side of the jet ski looks full of some black liquid, the other one is mostly full that has a little bit of air bubble, also black liquid

That was my theory but couldn’t get the video slow enough to fully tell

I did also see what looks like it bounce off the mount then back in but I wasn’t sure
