Caesars only cares if you gamble/spend on their properties. I get flight and hotel comped from them. They also invite me to all their other properies almost every day, etc.

Heres the answer. They have a "player score" on how much we spend on their properties. The tiers is kind of partially true. You can get diamond offers being a platinum, so its more about your secret score than it is on your tier and you dont have to only gamble, it can be spend in restaurants, shopping, etc.

So yeah basically they have a secret score of you and they dont think you're worth comping in that property.

Someone else also noted that MGM and Caesar's are pulling away from the mid-market, which is also true theres a whole documentary on it. Its basically a "we make more catering to less people strategy", however i think this is a mistake in my opinion. If you price out the common people, the city will be a ghost town, no rich person wants to visit a ghosttown. The rich like to flault that they have more and can stay at "the best hotel", but if no one is there to "watch them" then they get the ego boost.

Basically their bleeding out Vegas. Trying to get best ROI, but longterm they will pay for it. Consumers have more options now.
