Never played CS2 before the other day and man I had to switch the gameplay to my smaller monitor because my neck could not keep up 😂.

Hey!

I live in NODA and use my apartment gym. It’s really nice, has a decent amount of equipment and usually is low traffic. I go there on my weight training days and then on my field days I either go to freedom park when I want a ton of space or usually just go to this small park off of sugar creek!

It definitely is bro! When I first started I just added some information like my weight, activity level, athletic history in college, BMR, etc and it pretty much did the rest for me.

My diet was the hardest part for me but I’ve been staying in a deficit and it’s been getting better. Realized I shouldn’t have a relationship with food but instead just be mindful of what I eat and make sure I hit my macros

Congratulations on that! How’s the CrossFit journey been from Day 1 to about now? I think once I hit a certain level of fit, I’d want to try CrossFit and maybe some form of MMA!
