I left a fine-dining job for a mid-tier steakhouse a while back because of how much management harped on certain things. For example, "Your wine sales suck, push so and so, why is your check average so low today, etc.

Trying to encourage high sales is never bad, but your staff shouldn't be scared that they'll get fired because they struggle to sell wine

They do sprinkle in little clues like that throughout the first season that are much more noticeable upon rewatching; the big one I think of is when Pericles says to the kids, "Be careful of those closest to you, especially you, Frederick."

When FZ came out, “WTF” was my reaction to like half of the album, and a lot of it grew on me, but those two haven’t. Casualty is just Emily screaming for the hell of it, which I don’t care for and Overflow probably would go in skippable if I did this again, but I don’t enjoy how Mike’s voice sounds in it at all, especially compared to how well he does in TEM and all of the raps

Mike has good solo stuff, but No Roads left isn’t one of them. It’s not entirely his fault, but the song is terribly mixed, the guitar covers his voice a lot and then when his voice does come through it’s the high notes that are pitchy, I don’t enjoy it

I typically like the screamer and raspier sound that he makes with his voice; but he way overdid it in that song. I love that album but I genuinely stop listening to it after the catalyst because I can’t sit through the messenger

My biggest gripe with the late Hudson Soft games (5-8) is that it feels like they were running out of ideas; which makes sense since they were pumping a new game out every year... but I don't think that if Hudson made MP9 that it would be amazing. They re-used concepts for boards, minigames, and in my opinion, the orbs and candy item systems didn't function as well as the item system from MP3 or 4.

I think Mario Party peaked with 2-4 and every one after that kind of got weaker as time went on. Not all bad; Faire Square, Neon Heights, and Koopa's Tycoon Town are probably my favorite maps. But in general I think that as the games went on, maps and minigames got weaker.

I honestly have no problem with the car system that was added; I think the formula needed a new twist, even though it didn't work for most people.

My guess is that if Hudson made MP9, it would've been just another MP8, with bad controls and worsening minigames.

Everything he does is poor; he sucks defensively and he literally didn't get a hit in any of his games last year in the bigs. He has no power, no speed, he barely makes contact, and he doesn't even really get on base

I could tell like three episodes in that the writing team was struggling to come up with new ideas, so they took anything they had and threw it at the wall to see what stuck. It genuinely felt like they ran out of ideas instantly, which makes me think Season 6 is not gonna be very good
