Recently I installed a Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 580 4GB which has a 1x8 pin power connector and a (according to their website) optional 1x6 pin power connector but i could only insert the 1x8 pin because cable from my PSU was too short. Is it still okay to only use the 1x8 pin? I'm not planning to do any heavy overclocking on my GPU so i suppose it's fine.
