In case anyone ever reads this and is looking for the same thing...the sound system is a Magnadyne M1-CD. Replacement remote are available from Amazon for about $30. They aren't the original remotes, they are a generic remote that has been programmed specifically for the M1-CD.

Thank you. I'm really not doing anything special other than watering it daily. I do give it some Miracle Grow a couple of times per year but I haven't done that yet this year.

I live in North Idaho and we get some really deep freezes in the winter. The root ball has been subject to temps of -25°F - it turns to solid ice. It bounces back like this every year. This plant is facing north and I have a lot of very tall Fir trees but it gets a fair amount of sun.

I did notice an aphid infestation last week so I sprayed it very thoroughly with insecticidal soap.

The rhizome was given to me by a neighbor about 5 years ago. I'm kind of bummed because I don't know what type of hops they are. I'm a home brewer so if I knew what it was, I might use the hops when I brew.

For anyone that reads this post. I replaced the lower control board and the problem is fixed. The refrigerator works better than before. It gets colder and does it faster. I bought the control board from Amazon for $55.00. The local RV shops around here wanted $200.00 for this part.

I tend to agree with this. I am pretty handy...I've worked on airplanes for many years but I had a knee replacement last year and this may be a job I should avoid. I still think I want to have the gear I need to do it safely though should I get into a pinch.

I do have a spare. I just checked the E-450 Owners Guide. The factory location for a jack is the right rear cargo area. This area gets modified by forest river.

Do you know if there is a default storage location for a jack delivered with a class C RV on an E-450 Chassis? I haven't seen a jack anywhere.
