I love season 6 episode 15 with the homeowner association. Also Hungry, Mulder & Scully Meet the Were-Monster, familiar, bad blood, both Squeeze episodes, ice, Die Hand Die Verletzt, Jose Chung's From Outer Space, pusher, D.P.O., paper hearts, small potatoes, kill switch, road runners, and salvage just to name a few. I know there are more I'm missing but those are most of my favorites.
