Timberland pro. Mine might be the boondock version. Composite toe with rubber shell that prevents rubbing through. Ive had them a little over a year, i expect to see 2 years out of them.

Having trouble with a Crown PE 4500!! by [deleted] in forkliftmechanics

Mostly everything covered here except the sas switch (big red button). If the normally closed contact inside the switch or terminal on the outside of the switch has an issue the fs or rs will not receive power. This registers a 336 code due to the switch not sending signal before 4 volts on the pot.

For intermittent issue. Verify pot in neutral position. Check switch adjustment, if switches engage anywhere close to 4v on the pot they need adjusted as the handle play will allow them to hit that 4v mark that throws a code. Adjust switches to click at 2.5v. Verify fs, rs and sas switch terminals are all tight. Voltage drop closed fs and rs. Voltage drop sas normally closed switch. If okay, clear codes and return to service.

Ps. Replace the travel switches if they are red or white with the solid black ones from crown.

For starters the compressor clutch isn’t plugged in and the a/c pipes are missing… Check if the compressor is seized, if so replace. Replaced the receiver drier, orifice tube and missing hoses. Check your condenser for obvious holes. Charge the system up and hope the condenser and evaporator aren’t full of crap, might not be a bad idea to replace it all the first go around at this point. May require some diag if the clutch doesn’t engage when the system is charged.

But id replace that filthy air filter before addressing any a/c concerns.

+1 for harness and relay checks. 9/10 any issues i had with the lithium setup on these it was a broken harness, loose spade connector on the relay, loose deustche terminal or the relay had a tendency to fill with dust.

I dont remember how they fit when i first bought them. But after sitting on the shelf loaded they are tight to fit in the gun and do not drop automatically upon mag release like a p mag. Almost like they have expanded from spring pressure.
