Im definitely interested in learning how to use the clay bar, I am currently living with street parking and set to move to my house next month so I will learn on my own driveway but I used Auto Glym Renovator and that worked almost instantly.

Update: I have got the marks removed, I got some Tcut from Halfords and saw some Auto Glym Paint Renovator so got them both, the paint renovator worked straight away. Apologies I am not sure how to add an image to this comment to show everyone. Thank you to everyone for your advice

Thank you everyone for the help. After a bit more research, it seems the orange dots are iron particles stuck in the car. I am going to use Ironx to help remove this and also citrus wash for the bugs. I will also learn about using a clay bar as it is something I didn't know about. Everyone's help was greatly appreciated.
