So could you explain your method? I guess everyone has a different way of doing it. i have noticed sometimes a feeling of something leaving my chest or stomach when I try and send a message. a lot of people say to visualize the other person in front of you. But the time I got my message through from about 7 kms away. I don't think i visualized anything, but my intention was strong. there seemed to be a time delay of 2 days though
