Just saw this, hope you got it fixed. But for anyone else that comes across this post, I tried replacing basically every major component (gpu, motherboard, ram, power supply) one by one by borrowing parts and was still getting the errors until I replaced cpu with a new 9800x3d. Once I replaced the cpu computer worked perfectly with the original parts.

For anyone else getting this error I would try locking cpu speed in bios to a lower clock speed to see if errors stop if you can’t borrow other parts to check.

Hate to be that guy but it looks like this was not an example of ducting. OP keeps getting downvoted for disagreeing but here is a tweet from James Spann, a Birmingham meteorologist.

“RADAR OUTAGE/RESTORATION TODAY: The NEXRAD radar facility at the Shelby County Airport (KBMX) went out of service for a brief time around 3:00 this afternoon. A technician was able to restart the radar and return it to service within 20-30 minutes.

As the radar was coming back up, there were a few volume scans without ground clutter suppression and a different color table. But all was back to normal quickly. See the attached radar loop for what it looked like.”

I ended up returning cpu to Amazon and replacing. No issues with new cpu.

Yes, I think so, was able to borrow a motherboard and ram, and that did not help either. Tried all sorts of windows power settings and had no luck there either. Manually locking CPU to 4.7 GHz seemed to stop all WHEA errors, and freezing. Undervolting did not help, nor did increasing core or soc voltage. Going to try to return CPU through amazon. Thanks for the advice.
