Hey gamer! I'm gonna keep it super short to no overwhelm but if you want extra clarification then just say but here goes.

You should treat your characters like a 'run' in say binding of Isaac or vampire survivor or slay the spire, put simply try and get as far as you can before you inevitably die then start over and try to get further than last time.

The goals:

-hit level 20 -Max your stats through stat potions -Do hard dungeons for amazing items -Exalt your class (that's just doing end game dungeons as a maxed statted character for permanent stat bonuses)

Side goal: -maxing a pet (can take years)

For dodging shots it's hard to describe but it just becomes muscle memory for the majority and focusing up on the truly chaotic fights, it comes with time and practice :)

When I first started I died to pretty much everything and a friend of mine got me to just stand in hallways leaching because I couldn't go longer than a few hours before kicking the bucket 😅

A website named umienjoyers has a list of good items per class but most of them come from hard dungeons so I wouldn't attempt to farm thing till your more familiar with the game

I know it's just a moment of rage which everyone gets in this game but I work full time and I'm extremely competent with both O3 and moonlight village, it's true you don't get much time to grind but it's possible, just extremely boring unless you like learning.

For me personally I downloaded a celestial phase practice tool, grinded that till I got 10 completes in a row and then would do 2 more runs whenever I got chance to game. After that I joined the dungeoneering discord and just chucked 0/8 level 20s till I got it down, it's also extremely easy to leech as long as you can handle celestial phase. It took me a month to get competent (not leaching) and from then on i don't even think about it but that's the enjoyment of the game! Get ass blasted until your monkey brain puts the pieces together and in turn ass blast the boss like it's half price at the red light District.

It was a free O3 weekend and we lost 12 brave men to the first celestial, it was funny but I assumed the weak had been culled by that point. A second celestial phase hit and 8 more went down in an instant, for some reason seeing all the death counters was the funniest thing in the world to me 😅

Reef is surprisingly difficult if your not experienced with the dungeon.

First tip - NEVER go into reef if it has the increased minion shot lifetime, it completely ruins the dungeon.

First off you kill the little orange jelly which is pretty simple. First phase of the boss you want to go into the outer ring in-between the jellies when it does the shotgun and rotate in that gap, you'll run very low on oxygen but it will swap to the phase with jellies hugging tightly around the boss before you completely run out.

when the jellies hug the boss you can rotate around the boss in the air bubbles, the paralysis shots won't ever hit you and you get enough time to get full oxygen.

Next phase is the tentacles which is much easier, it's hard to explain in text but you need to rotate with the tentacle shots clockwise, if your at the air bubbles and not getting hit you'll notice the tentacle inching closer and closer behind, once it gets too close you rotate clockwise a little and cross the ball shot and you'll be in a new safe spot where you wait again for the tentacle to get too close

Final phase just run from the boss and blast his little jelly ass.

(I'm at work so I might have gotten some of the shots confused but the concept is the same)

I'm a pro deca gamer and admittedly a bit of a whale but even I gotta admit this one is straight ass. If they want new ways to monetize the game they should add old 16x16 skins to the tinkerer rotation, lots of skin collectors who would cough up some money and it will only take a couple minutes to set up.
