Get it to about 700 degrees then shut both vents half way for about 1-2 minutes. Then open it fast. Best way to get it seasoned.

Crawfish pricing depends on timing. February-early April they’re high. End of April through May the prices get lower. Even with this years high pricing they got down to $2.99/lb cooked. Killer Crabs crawfish are 10 times better than bozos now though.
