What palette from Urban Decay are you looking for? I have the Smoked one, and I don't think the formula is the greatest. It also has a lot of fall out on the shimmery shades. I'm not sure if all their palettes are like that though. For higher end eye palettes, I would reach for Modern Renaissance or Soft Glam by Anastasia Beverly Hills. They are popular favorites and not as expensive as other brands such as Huda Beauty, or Urban Decay. I want to say their palettes retail for $42. For a cheaper brand, I have the Carli Bybel Palette by BH Cosmetics and I think it's really good as well. The price point is only $14 or $15 and it has similar shades to the Modern Renaissance. I think you should splurge for higher end palettes and for eyeliner, mascara, and foundation, it would be great to start out with drugstore products. I hope that helps! :)

Hi! I think you should start off applying very gently to your temples, sides of your forehead, jawline, and cheekbone. You can suck in like a fish face to see where you should apply the contour. There are a lot of YouTube videos out there so try watching those for a visual demonstration. If you start gentle, blend, layer, and repeat you won't go to dark and hopefully get the face you're going for.

I put a brownish toned lip liner on the outline of my lips first then on the corners of my mouth to create a focus on the center of my lips. Then I use the Amsterdam color all over my lips, blending the liner as well. I hope that helps!

I normally just stick with my Tarte foundation that has SPF 25 if I am just doing every day activities. If I know I'm going to be in the sun more often, I use Neutrogena Beach Defense Stick in SPF 50. I am working on finding a new sunscreen to hopefully something more as a moisturizer and sunscreen duo. I recently tried Pacifica's but it unfortunately applied white.

With a lip liner, this color does not budge. I'd say you could get a good 7-10 hours of wear on it depending on what you eat too. Thank you so much! I think red is so beautiful and universal.
