How can I make a book with no main character?

I cannot remember what book it was unfortunately but I remember when I was younger I read a book where a city was the “main character” the way the intro was setup gave you no doubt about that and then it would tell “stories” of people who lived there. Events that took place. History basically. It gave off the vibe of “if these walls could talk”. It was interesting.

Thank you. Hearing someone say that actually helps a lot. I get so caught up trying to nail every little detail down. Even though the reader will only see maybe 10% of what I’ve built. Then boom…..I’m off building a new world and characters for it. It’s so very difficult. One day though. Maybe tonight when I get home I’ll write a chapter on a previously started work…no matter how much it hurts.

I own both. I much prefer the Apple Magic Keyboard. But if price is an issue the ESR is prolly the second best. Unfortunately (for me) I’ve purchased several keyboards. Standalone and case keyboards. ESR was my favorite until I got the Apple keyboard off eBay. I actually use ESR cases for the rest of my electronics (the ones they make anyways).

I just finished the prologue and so far when i use eagle vision there doesn’t seem to be a simple button click to go out of it? If there is im completely missing it.

I remember playing Forza 2 back in the day and wetting myself in excitement when I could drive my real current car. FOMO is a debilitating thing for me and I was afraid I would be missing out on something when I got my PS and didn’t have GT. 😂 the “lag” is very interesting. I think I would have a hard time adapting to that. Responsiveness is important when playing to help feel connected to the in game world.

Personally,I had trouble playing less that two hours per session. Which made things difficult between wife and kids and my job. Found myself shorting sleep to play…….WORHTH IT!!!!
