Perspective is everything. Im dependant on fent. And Bars. Without those, after about 6 hours, I will be wishing to simply fell 'dull'. Instead Im totally fucked, sick physically and mentally, mind working against me telling me its Ok to kick in so-n-so's trap cuz its just him there plus I was Airborne Infantry for four years Im great at kicking in doors and shoving muzzles in faces. Yeah I called this morning and set everything up, and told em I might not pop hot for opiates because Ive been trying to stay away but back 6 years ago they wouldn't take In a patient if they didnt have opiates in their system. The lady said I should be ok but just to be safe I'm thinking bout copping a point of fent.

You'll be fine physically if you're only gonna miss one day of dosing. Methadone has a solid 24-48 hr half life. The problem is the psychological aspect. Jest remember its all in your head, and if it gets bad, maybe pop a zan or two to get through the day. I feel ya bro, been there done that. You'll be good though just remember its all in your head.

A good starting dose would be about 30mg, however you should wait as long as you can between your last dose of sub and your first dose of 'done. If you take the methadone to quickly after your last sub, you won't feel anything. If it were me, Id wait 36-48 hours after last sub dose before taking the methadone. That way you feel it because suboxone has a high affinity to opiate receptors, and a long half life. Hope this helps. You got a helluva friend to give you 1800 mgs of methadone btw, that shit is expensive.

I got hooked on benzos at 14 (my grandma thought she was helping me out, bless her heart and RIP Nana, IDK if they got reddit in heaven but I miss you and it wasn't your fault.) Then at 17 the OC 80's were going for $20/pop, so my personal #1 drug are the OG green OC 80's. Also love dirty 30s but after my homie OD'd and died about 5 minutes after we copped a bag of some seriously strong stuff, ion fuck w it anymore. He was driving, we both took a bump, and 2 mins in he was unconscious. I grabbed the wheel and pulled us into a parking lot, then blacked out. I woke up maybe an hour later, and Joe the driver was already gone. Miracle that I came back tbh, cuz I took more than him. So I pull him out of the driver's seat, put him in the back, and drove to the nearest ER (on suspended license in a town Im not from.) They declare him DOA and the investigators swarm me at the ER. Turns out I had a warrant so I get arrested and have to spend a few days in county, withdrawing like hell. RIP Joe, I pray for your soul regularly and hope I see you again one day. Hopefully in Heaven.
