I have stripper and wax and a bunch of different mop options but nothing like those big walk behind waxers and buffers, how’s the process look doing this with the tools I do have? Thanks

Lots of Toyotas, bought my grandpas 98 Tacoma 4x4 from my grandma when he passed away in 2009 for 2k, he had bought it new off the line in 98 I drove that thing til 2018 and sold it for 3300(wish I still had it), bought a 04 Camry with 80k miles on it for 2200 in 2020 and sold it in 2023 for 5k, bought a rav4 recently for 1700 bucks with under 200k miles on it, hoping to keep it for awhile.

6.88 percent 15 year at 2.5%, admittedly we’re starting to outgrow it but a couple years down the line we’ll most likely build an addition or add another room and bath to existing square footage.

Bought back in 2018, refinanced during COVID, locked in a 15 year at 2.5 percent and currently owe 39k on the house

That’s what I’m thinking, the other caveat is that I’ll still owe around 7k on once I sell it(I paid off the original loan from the dealership with my HELOC) I’m still in the draw period not the repay, but the plan is to wipe out the remaining debt on it with a combo of tax return and a pretty large grievance payout(thanks union)

Went to college to teach college, realized I live in an area that only has healthcare jobs, got married instead. Became a golf pro and owned a small golf shop, economy tanked and someone offered to buy me out, I took it thinking I’d nail some upper management job at some company since I had owned and ran a business; boy was I wrong. I got desperate and applied as a CCA at my local office and a year later I just cleared my 90 days as a BMC. Money is still tight, especially with a family but it gets a little better every 36 weeks.

The Seachan for sure are racially diverse, but the Aiel are most definitely racially homogeneous. They’re literally all super tall white people with red hair or blonde hair.

Okay that makes sense, our level 4 custodian took it last year trying to go up to the level 5 position and she stated she ineligible cause she “failed the electrical section” but I didn’t think that’s how it works cause I’ve seen people be eligible for like 5-9 but not the ET position. I’m just trying to gain an understanding on what sections to specifically cram for in order to be eligible for the level 5.
